We are deluged with marketing every day, but its application to a hearing health-care practice can be confusing, particularly given the competing demands already placed on a new or developing audiology practice. This presentation is an introduction to key marketing tactics, offering audiologists practical ways they can evaluate, choose, and measure marketing efforts to better serve their patients and find new ones.

Joe has spent the last 25 years building, teaching, and executing marketing strategy, communications, branding, and social media for businesses of all sizes, including non-profits, seed- and venture-backed startups, and public companies. For the majority of that time, he’s been focused on marketing products and services to people with hearing loss.
