  2. Identify limitations in temporal processing among older adults with cochlear implants
  3. Identify bimodal benefits of older adults with cochlear implants

Description: This webinar will focus on cochlear implantation outcomes among older adults. There will be a special emphasis on the use of temporal fine structure processing and bimodal benefits among the older implanted population.

Dr. Sladen is an Associate Professor in the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders at Western Washington University. Dr. Sladen’ s primary research interest includes the speech perception abilities of individuals with cochlear implants.
