Paul Pessis is the owner of North Shore Audio-Vestibular Lab in Highland Park, Illinois. He is a past president of the American Academy of Audiology (AAA). In 2020, Paul received the distinguished Honors of the Association Award by AAA. He was presented the AAA Distinguished Presidential Award by three presidents. The Illinois Academy of Audiology granted him the Honors of the Association, as well as, the Illinois Presidential Award. Paul currently is the RUC seat holder for the Academy which is the mechanism for giving value to our CPT codes. He is the US representative at the HIMSA meetings. In addition to being a clinical practitioner, Paul teaches at Rush University. He lectures nationally on coding, reimbursement, and methods for optimizing practice management skills and outcomes. He is a past board member of ACAE and has enjoyed being a site visitor for the accreditation process.

PROFESSIONAL BIO Noël Crosby, AuD, owner of Advanced Hearing Solutions, Englewood Fl. Noël graduated with her MS from Florida State University in 1986. She earned her doctorate in clinical audiology in 2000 from the University of Florida in the inaugural distance learning program. Noël was on the inaugural board of the Florida Academy of Audiology and served as president in 2000 and again in 2009. Noël worked for an ENT, Sonic innovations as a trainer and sales rep, and was the Florida Sonus Network rep. She purchased Advanced Hearing Solutions in 2006 where she currently practices. Noël is a member of the American Academy of Audiology, Florida Academy of Audiology and Academy of Doctors of Audiology. She has coauthored professional papers ,has presented on various topics and has served on ADA and AAA committees. She is currently a consultant for Cognivue. She also owns AudBling and AuDBliss™️.
