Leadership Excellence in Audiology Professionals (LEAP) Program with ABA Micro-Credential
Are you an audiologist wanting to make your next big LEAP forward in your career? The Leadership Excellence in Audiology Professionals Series (LEAP), developed in partnership with the American Academy of Audiology, American Board of Audiology, and the Tulane University Leadership Institute, is an online leadership development program will help clinicians amplify their value by building practical leadership skills for today’s complex healthcare environment.
This leadership development experience was designed in collaboration with audiologists to ensure it is practical, relevant, and aligned with the real-world demands of diverse clinical and private practice settings. Participants are encouraged to bring forward real scenarios, challenges, opportunities, and experiences from their workplaces, allowing the learning experience to be tailored to the operational, patient care, and team leadership realities they face every day. Each session begins with clear learning objectives focused on improving individual performance, team effectiveness, and outcomes.
The program emphasizes active, experiential learning through discussions, role-plays, simulations, and real-time problem-solving based on participant-driven scenarios. Participants will create individualized action plans to apply key insights within their teams, while peer collaboration, expert perspectives, and continuous feedback ensure the experience remains engaging, responsive, and impactful. Throughout the program, the curriculum reinforces the essential role of front-line leaders in strengthening engagement, delivering high-quality care, and advancing practice success.
