COL Samuel Spear: Samuel A. Spear, MD, Colonel US Air Force, is board certified in Otolaryngology and Neurotology. He serves as the Chief of the DOD Hearing Center of Excellence, located at Joint Base San Antonio, TX. He is an Associated Professor, Dept. of Surgery with the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS), Bethesda MD.
